1-hour private tutorial
30-minute sound bath live with feedback opportunity
30-minute post-session 1-on-1 review with Helane included (post 10 sessions above)
Access to previous courses, instructional videos, & Sing Your Heart Out! e-course
*Private tutorial & group sound bath session times TBD – May 3rd-May 31st
Each participant receives a 1 hour private tutorial during August and each participant will present a 30-minute sound bath for the group online with feedback during September.

My Teaching Philosophy:
As a teacher and embodied facilitator of sound, I believe in the power of finding the right mentor when you enter the world of sound healing. I stand in my integrity as a mentor and guide for those who study with me, as I strongly feel that having a guide is crucial to feeling more confident and resourced in your work. I believe you can learn from everyone in sound community, take what resonates, leave what doesn’t, as ultimately anyone called to the world of sound will eventually develop their own unique style. There is no “right” way to approach this modality though there are tools and more efficient ways to approach working with instruments energy and people and I try to offer as much information as possible to empower students through working with energetics, online tactics with sound, instrument technique, power of creation, working with the voice, and more. I can’t wait to work with you!
My Experience:
As of 2024, I have facilitated and created over 10,000 hours of sound meditation events and music and have gained much experience along the way in many various settings, including extensive experience in addiction recovery centers throughout the Southern California area.. I have recently been commissioned by Apple/Platoon network to create a series of sound meditations for the Apple Fit + Network and continue to teach a graduate level class in Arts Leadership & Entrepreneurship at the prestigious USC Thornton School of Music.

Certification is granted upon completion of 5 private healing sessions and 5 group healing sessions post-training.

SOUND HEALING FOR BODYWORKERS
Helane is a certified Craniosacral Therapist, Massage Therapist, Yoga Teacher and Polarity Practitioner and brings these tools to sound specific sessions working with the body. This specific course can only be offered in person.
SOUND MEDITATION FACILITATION
Helane has studied many forms of meditation over the past two decades and teaches regular guided meditations at the renowned InsightLA Meditation in Los Angeles and The Mindry in Malibu. She teaches meditation teachers & guides how to incorporate sound into their practice and group facilitation and utilizes meditation tools in all of her teachings.
SOUND THEORY & MEDITATION
This course focuses on Sound Theory principles, Sacred Geometry and how to use specific meditation practices to work with both sound and energy medicine. This course can help with any healing practice and bring one into a state of direct alignment working with groups and private clients.
