Training Overview

Class Dates &Times: 12 weeks total and the class will meet on Fridays from 11:30 am-1:00 pm PST on Zoom.
*Two Additional LIVE streams per month time TBD for participant availability!
All classes are recorded for future viewing!

The Art of Improvisation Curriculum
Helane will be focusing on beginning and deepening your relationship with the Harp, Piano, and Voice. This course is for sound healers, beginners, those with musical backgrounds and blocks in improvisation, and anyone ready to open their musical channel of creation!
We will visit basic keyboard, harp & vocal techniques, music theory to get you started, energy exercises to help with the process, and specific techniques to get you ready to improvise from your heart & soul in 12 weeks!
All classes will be recorded and you’ll have lifetime access! In addition to weekly live classes, Helane will host two additional LIVE sessions to hold space for your musical evolution and go over any questions you may have! Those times and days will be determined on everyone’s availability.

SOUND HEALING FOR BODYWORKERS
Helane is a certified Craniosacral Therapist, Massage Therapist, Yoga Teacher and Polarity Practitioner and brings these tools to sound specific sessions working with the body. This specific course can only be offered in person.
SOUND MEDITATION FACILITATION
Helane has studied many forms of meditation over the past two decades and teaches regular guided meditations at the renowned InsightLA Meditation in Los Angeles and The Mindry in Malibu. She teaches meditation teachers & guides how to incorporate sound into their practice and group facilitation and utilizes meditation tools in all of her teachings.
SOUND THEORY & MEDITATION
This course focuses on Sound Theory principles, Sacred Geometry and how to use specific meditation practices to work with both sound and energy medicine. This course can help with any healing practice and bring one into a state of direct alignment working with groups and private clients.
