Helane Marie Anderson is now offering private Craniosacral and Sound Healing Sessions at White Lotus in Pacific Palisades

Helane is a fully certified Integrative Craniosacral Therapist who has studied with both Gary Strauss and Hugh Milne. She has also studied other forms of bodywork and massage and integrates treatment plans into her sessions with clients over time. Her approach to private Sound Healing sessions includes weighted tuning forks used on the body, singing bowls and other tools to allow the person to drop into a state of deep relaxation.

So what is Craniosacral Therapy?

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle form of bodywork upon the cranial bones and the sacrum that balances the nervous system, Sessions are done fully clothed so please wear comfortable workout or yoga clothes for your treatment.
