About this Event
Vocal Alchemy is a powerful tool to transform your feelings and challenges into positive action through the power of your singing voice. This year has brought up many challenges in the collective and the intention with this workshop is to create a safe space to move through whatever you are feeling into the space of power, connection, collaboration and positive action.
Your guides, Helane Marie Anderson author and creator of YOU ARE MEANT TO SING! 10 Steps to Unlock Your Inner Voice, and Lynda Arnold, Creator and founder of THE DEVOTIONAL VOICE & Sonic Devas, are experiences practitioners with using the voice as a transformational tool.
The day will include singing, movement, mantras, toning, meditation, journaling and deep connection as we move into the collective space of transmuting the energy of 2020 into a force of positive change.
Workshop is open to both men and women and it is not necessary to be a singer. This is for everyone who wishes to drop more deeply into their voice and access its power.
Workshop time: 10am-3pm (including a break for lunch)
