We invite you to to a very special sound meditation with Helane Anderson. The anchor for this meditation is the sound of Helane’s voice, a Paiste gong, Crystal singing bowls and Tibetan singing bowls.
Sound healing and sound therapy are powerful modalities that can induce states of deep relaxation and healing in the body, mind and soul.
Listening to sounds in a sound bath enables one to cultivate awareness and access higher states of consciousness through the sound waves and binaural beats created through the music. This unique experience also involves use of the voice, crystal singing bowls, gong and various other instruments.
The session ends with a period of silence.
